Kelly Kapoor is Dunder Mifflin Scranton’s Customer Service Representative. She supports customers after the sale, handles service questions and helps connect customer issues with the appropriate salesperson or branch team.

Her role sits at the point where order details, expectations and communication meet. That makes customer service especially important when a shipment changes, an account has a question or a customer simply wants somebody to respond quickly.
