Profile

Pam Beesly began at Dunder Mifflin Scranton as the branch receptionist, where she became the central point for calls, visitors, scheduling and a large amount of informal office coordination. That role gave her a detailed understanding of how the branch actually works across sales, accounting, customer service and management.

Pam later joined the Michael Scott Paper Company and returned to Dunder Mifflin in a sales role following the company’s acquisition. Her experience spans front-office operations, customer communication, sales and office administration.

Pam also contributed creatively to the branch’s local advertising work, including visual concepts used in the Scranton team’s commercial.
