Michael Scott

Michael Scott is Regional Manager of Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch and a former company salesman. His career with Dunder Mifflin is closely tied to relationship selling: he built a strong customer base before moving into branch management and continues to involve himself directly in major accounts, sales ideas and customer meetings.

As Regional Manager, Michael is responsible for Scranton’s sales performance, branch culture and communication with corporate leadership. His management style is highly personal and often unconventional, but the branch repeatedly demonstrates strong commercial resilience under his tenure.

Michael’s most notable business moments include securing the Hammermill supplier relationship, creating the Golden Ticket promotion, leading the branch’s local advertising effort and later returning to Dunder Mifflin after founding the Michael Scott Paper Company.
