Build and manage local business accounts, prospect for new customers and coordinate pricing, paper specifications and delivery. Strong relationship skills required. Competitive persistence strongly preferred.
Support customers by phone and email, resolve order questions and coordinate with sales and distribution. Patience, accuracy and the ability to maintain focus around office noise are essential.
Receive, stage and load paper orders for local delivery. Requires safe material handling, inventory accuracy and practical teamwork with the warehouse crew.
Support multi-location customers with order schedules, pricing updates, account records and issue follow-up across branches.
Support invoicing, receivables, expense processing and account reconciliation. Accuracy is mandatory. Party planning is not part of the official job description.
