Group profile

A regional paper company built on personal service

Founded in 1949, Dunder Mifflin grew by doing the unglamorous part of business well: knowing customers, answering the phone, keeping paper moving and solving problems before the next print job notices them.

What we do

Paper supply is simple until it is late, wrong, overpriced or nobody owns the problem. Our services are designed around preventing exactly that.

Paper and office supplies Service

Bulk & Contract Ordering

Structured purchasing for customers that buy paper in volume or need predictable commercial terms. We help define the product list, quantities, pricing, call-off process and delivery expectations before the contract starts.

Business Paper Supply

Reliable paper supply for everyday business use, from standard copy paper to recurring office requirements. Dunder Mifflin helps customers choose the right stock, quantity and delivery pattern without making paper purchasing harder than it needs to be.
Envelope and pencil Service

Custom Print & Letterhead

Paper chosen for documents that customers actually see: letterhead, proposals, presentation packs, forms and other branded materials. We help specify the stock and coordinate repeatable purchasing around the finished piece.

Dedicated Account Management

One representative who knows the customer, the order history and the people involved. Dunder Mifflin’s account model is built around continuity: fewer handoffs, faster answers and somebody who owns the problem after the sale.
Warehouse stock and delivery team Service

Local Delivery & Restocking

Paper is only useful when it reaches the right office before the printer tray is empty. Dunder Mifflin coordinates local delivery, recurring restocking and practical delivery instructions through the branch and warehouse team.
Business documents and tablet Service

Multi-Location Account Management

One purchasing framework for businesses ordering across multiple offices. Dunder Mifflin helps standardize products, contacts, pricing and reporting while allowing branches to order against local needs.
Paper color samples Service

Specialty Paper Sourcing

When the standard catalogue is not enough, the Scranton team can help identify specialty sizes, weights, finishes, colors or grades through available supplier relationships.

Paper is not the most complicated thing we buy, which is exactly why we do not want it to become complicated. A responsive account representative makes a difference.
Prestige Postal Company Clients

Mr. Rammel

For a high-volume postal operation, consistency matters. Dunder Mifflin competes hardest when the salesperson understands the account and stays involved after the order is won.
